'regeneration' were drawn
and painted by the Hot
Chocolate crew onto a nice,
large billboard outside
Dundee's Steeple Church
and Overgate Centre.
The Overgate Centre then
requested its presence on
one of their spare shop-
fronts where it entertained
passers-by for a number
of months.
